Terms of Service

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partners (Paddle). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until you cancel.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

You retain all rights to data you upload, create, or manage through the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your Data is isolated at the database level using row-level security (RLS) policies. Each organization's data is separated from all other organizations. We will not access Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, or respond to your support requests.

Upon termination of your account, we will retain Your Data for up to 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.

The Service includes AI-powered features and agents that generate content, analyze data, and perform automated tasks ("AI Features"). AI Features process Your Data to provide responses and outputs. AI outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using or sharing it.

You consent to the processing of Your Data by AI models for the purpose of providing AI Features. AI Features may use Your data to improve model responses for your organization only; your data is never used to train models for other users.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except through our published API
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

The Service provides electronic signature functionality. By using e-signatures through the Service, you agree that electronic signatures are legally binding in accordance with applicable electronic signature laws (including the ESIGN Act and UETA in the United States, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions).

We are not a party to any agreement signed through the Service. We do not provide legal advice regarding the enforceability of signatures or documents. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of e-signatures complies with applicable laws.

The Service allows you to create and send invoices to your clients. Payment processing for client invoices is handled through your own Stripe account (Bring-Your-Own-Stripe) or through cryptocurrency payment rails. We do not process or hold funds on your behalf for invoice payments.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax calculations, and compliance with applicable financial regulations. We are not a payment processor, financial institution, or tax advisor.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSYR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
